Enjoy stretching and strengthening your body using yoga as the basis of movement. Learn to mindfully move your body in a way that increases your awareness of how it works while decreasing your aches and pains. This is not your “Sweaty Workout Yoga,” this is “Your Body is Your Friend” yoga.
