Interested in teaching swim lessons? Prepare for assisting a certified instructor in a swim class. Class will cover safety, basic elements of assisting, and the use of toys and games.

Additional InformationYou must be 13 years or older and possess Level 3 swimming skills. To pass the course you must participate in all classes and receive an 80% or higher on the written test. Taking this course does not guarantee a job with Plano Parks & Rec. Bring a ½ inch binder or folder with brads on the first day of class to hold your manual. Bring a swimsuit, towel, and dry change of clothes to all class sessions.
