Adapted Pickleball is designed for individuals with diverse challenges to learn a new sport in a supportive environment. The class focuses on fostering connections, following group instructions, and developing skills at a comfortable pace.
Additional InformationNo prior experience in pickleball is required. Improve hand-eye coordination and reaction time. Enhance motor planning, agility, balance, and strength. Please bring safety glasses, wear comfortable clothes, appropriate shoes, and water to drink.
