The Student Staffer Program is designed for high school students ready to grow as servant leaders, deepen their faith, and experience camp from the inside alongside our Connect Camps Summer Staff. You’ll get access to Connect Camps-specific development videos covering a variety of leadership topics, plus daily discussions with our Camp Director to help you apply what you learn in real life. By the time camp week arrives, you’ll be an essential part of the staff team - serving, leading, and making a difference in your community.
