Description

In this class children will review side breathing techniques, freestyle, backstroke and elementary backstroke. They will also be introduced to breaststroke and kneeling and standing dives. Participants will continue to practice treading water, retrieving submerged objects, and safety skills.

Prerequisite: Participants should be very comfortable in the water and able to swim at least one lap (25 yards) without any assistance.
