Hartwood Mansion requests the pleasure of your company at our first “Just Wear the Dress” Wedding Tea.

“What on earth,” you may be thinking to yourself, “does that even mean?” Well, it’s time to dig deep into your closet and bring back out into the light that dress you always meant to wear, when you had a chance. The prom gown, MOB or MOG dress, Renaissance costume you bought to attend your first (and only) Ren Faire. That expensive bridesmaid’s dress the bride assured you would get lots of use after her special day. Even your wedding gown. The sky’s the limit, just wear the dress (or tux!)!

There will be a contest for the ‘best’ outfit (and story, if you have one!)

As always, enjoy a three-course tea in our splendid Great Hall before embarking on a guided tour of the Mansion.

Please be aware that the tour does involve multiple staircases. Be sure to contact us at 412.767.9200 prior to the tea regarding Mansion accessibility should you have any questions. Teas are for age 12 and older. Thank you.FYI: Guests are seated at tables of 6 persons.
