Join the Senior Striders Walking Club!
Stay active and social with the Senior Striders Walking Club at Vernell Coleman Recreation Center! Join us at 9:30AM for a leisurely walk around Matthew Henson Park, followed by a social hour featuring coffee and snacks. Walking is a great way to improve physical health and mental well-being, while socializing with friends and meeting new people is a wonderful way to combat loneliness and build connections. All adults 50+ are invited to join us - come and get moving with Senior Striders!
