About this event
Calling all young adventurers! Join Lower School science teacher Tess Beckwith for a week of fun, discovery, and caring for our planet. Campers will explore local ecosystems with a special focus on plants and botany, learning how plants grow, adapt, and support life on Earth. Through hands-on investigations, outdoor exploration, eco-friendly art, and nature-inspired engineering challenges, campers will discover the importance of environmental stewardship and sustainability. Each day builds curiosity, creativity, and a deeper connection to the natural world. Packed with morning field trips to the Wissahickon and other local gems, and afternoons with the option of swimming at the Germantown Cricket Club, this camp is sure to be a week filled with adventure, exploration, and unforgettable outdoor experiences. Continue the adventure by signing up for Eco-Explorers Science Camp II the following week! Please note: -Lunch is included for this camp. A menu will be shared as camp approaches.
