Description

Our 1 day, learn to dive program is a 1 ½ hour, skill progression program that offers divers the opportunity to learn basic skills while enhancing their knowledge about our awesome sport. Any individual, 18 & older, who has an interest in diving and can swim comfortably in the deep water and can join this class.

Students will be taught a forward approach and back press (jumps), front double and single tuck kick outs, front fall in dive, back fall in straight and if skill permits front flips. Current day schedule:

• 12:30 am | Arrival on deck
• 12:35 am | Group Stretching and Introductions
• 12:45 am | Dryland Activity (Technique and safety review)
• 1:00 pm | Pool time! (Jump in the water and practice the skills we learned)
• 1:45 pm | Free time (10 minutes of fun diving!)
• 1:55 pm | Closing cheer - pick up time!
