Creating a Wellness Vision to Guide Goals is an interactive workshop that helps participants define what feeling healthy and energized means to them and uncover their personal motivation for change. It will be led by Angela, a Platte County Community Center South Healthy Living Coach and an AFPA-certified master health and wellness coach.
