At the 3.0-4.0 Skill Level, players have an increased knowledge of the game's rules and fundamentals and start to experiment with strategy and increased power in their gameplay. They hit the ball with more accuracy, speed, and consistency. 80% of serves, shots, and volley are good/in-play.
