Join Dezeray twice a week for an 8-week Mat Pilates series designed to help you build a strong foundation in Pilates while progressing your strength, mobility, and confidence with movement.

Open to all levels, genders, and bodies. Whether you're new to Pilates or have prior experience, this series offers a supportive environment to learn, grow, and build confidence through movement.
Mats will be provided.
