Description

This small-group training program is designed for individuals with osteopenia who want to improve bone health, build strength, enhance balance, and maintain independence. Participants will engage in safe, evidence-based exercises that focus on weight-bearing activities, resistance training, posture improvement, core stability, and fall prevention strategies.
