In this workshop we will explore meditation techniques that promote mental clarity and a sense of inner calm and learn breathing practices that help settle the mind and support meditation. Please bring a mat and dress in layers for comfort. Optional: feel free to bring bolsters, eye/neck pillows and blankets.
