Enjoy the beautiful serene natural setting of Waa Kee Sha Park and delight in the soft sounds of 8 crystal bowls as the vibrations balance your chakras and mood. The bowls and other instruments have soothing sound to help ease stress and promote relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. No prior experience needed. (SM)
