This class sets the cardio endurance of an indoor spin ride to energetic music. Enjoy a playlist including anything from oldies but goodies and throwbacks to current top 40 and brand new music. Please bring water to class. New to spin? Come a few minutes early to get set up on the bike by your instructor. (SM)
