American Kenpo Karate - 2 Classes a Week - 6 Weeks Class I Students will learn American Kenpo Karate, a modern form of martial art that is both graceful and highly effective. Thus, this course will provide excellent exercise and invaluable practical knowledge. Students will also benefit from an instructor with nearly 25 years of experience in this particular martial art and will be given insight into its underlying principles from a unique perspective. All possible safety measures will be taken, and any additional gear that may necessitate will be provided by the instructor. Please wear clothing appropriate for intense exercise (i.e., sneakers, socks, jogging pants, etc.) (Both classes are the same level of difficulty, multiple times allow for a later time option)
