Unlock the power of your Unconscious! Learn self-hypnosis techniques to from a certified Hypnotherapist and Hypnosis instructor. Learn to craft your own hypnotic suggestions based on your goals. This six-session class will teach you to perform self-hypnosis sessions to clear unconscious issues and positively change your brain through neuroplasticity! This is the first class in a series of two classes.
