Description
Welcome the Qi of spring with practices to stretch, strengthen, and awaken the body and mind. Learn a beginner’s version of Wild Goose Qigong form XIV, “Seven Stars Open the Chakras” and practices from Swimming Dragon Qigong and the Twelve Treasures. Learn the basics of Wild Goose Qigong’s beautiful and unique approaches to breath, movement, and Qi flow. Receive in-depth instruction on proper alignment, safe ways to move with less effort, ways to enhance Qi flow, and meditations to deepen your practice. Learn acupoints and practices to help you relax, relieve anxiety, boost energy, and clarify and brighten the mind. Instructor: Rae Dimond
This is a standing class. Some of the practices require the ability to briefly balance on one leg. Some practices require the ability to twist the spine and bend it forward, backward, and to the side. Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in
