Geared toward those who work and live taking care of others but all are welcome! Focus on creating healthy ways of self-managing the eight facets of self-care. Participants will create an intuitive therapeutic pareidolia drawing. Tuition includes workbook. Jeffrey Carpenter is the Workforce Development/Training Coordinator for Granite Bay Care in Scarborough. He is a seasoned educator and public speaker with years of sharing instructional and relevant presentations regarding everything from enhancing job experiences to the visual and performing arts.
