This special introduction to ceramics summer 4-week session is an introduction to working with Red Terra Cotta Clay. In the first 3 classes we will be using a variety of hand building clay techniques to create individual works of art that will utilize themes around the holidays and garden art such as wind chimes, ornaments, and small sculptures. The last class we will use acrylic paints, stains and other mediums to finish the pieces created in the first 3 classes. Please note we will not be glazing in this session. Materials included.
