All seniors are welcome to dance and have fun! This 50-minute class is specifically intended for beginning students who have never danced before or have limited experience, but would like to learn. Learn to line dance to different rhythms of Country Music. Participants will learn dance terminologies, basic steps, dancing styles, body movements, routines, good techniques, and focusing on physical health and well-being. Bring a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing. Wear comfortable shoes: sneakers, loafers, or boots. No Flip-flops please.
