Zumba is a fitness program that has been merged with Latin and international music. It blends high and low dynamic moves that create fitness techniques that are FUN--like a dance party! It is a complete workout with a warm-up, cool down and lots of aerobic exercise and stretching that will have you burning calories. Join us for one or both of these six-week sessions.
