NO CAMP ON JUNE 19TH. The Counselor in Training (C.I.T.) program is open to rising seventh through ninth graders who are ready to grow as leaders. C.I.T.s will develop and practice leadership, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills while supporting campers and staff throughout the day. Participants will also observe lead teachers modeling positive behavior management and conflict resolution strategies when conflicts occur.
