In recognition of National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month, join Monica for a fun and interactive program that explores the connection between what we eat and how we support our brain health as we age. While there is no single food that prevents memory loss, research continues to show that certain lifestyle habits—including nutrition, physical activity, and mental engagement—may play a role in supporting long-term cognitive wellness.
Together, we’ll separate fact from fiction with a lively brain health quiz, test our memories with a fun challenge game, and enjoy friendly competition with trivia from past decades. We will also sample a variety of foods often associated with healthy aging, including berries, nuts, whole grains, and other tasty brain-friendly bites.
This program is designed to be engaging, social, and easy to enjoy—no science background needed! Come ready to learn, laugh, and put your memory to the test while picking up simple, practical ideas for keeping your mind active and engaged.
