In this hands-on Vietnamese fusion class, you’ll learn insider tips and tricks for cooking Asian-inspired dishes in your kitchen. Create fresh Vietnamese spring rolls filled with noodles, vibrant herbs, shrimp or tofu. Learn the art of frying crispy egg rolls to crunchy, golden perfection. Fold and shape handmade wontons bursting with flavor. You’ll enjoy your dishes in class, and then have extras to take home. All culinary skill levels welcome. Please note ingredients may contain common food allergens, and food is prepared on shared equipment. Registration closes three days in advance of class.
