This is a progressive 5-week Series meant for those with little to no experience in Yoga.

This is a gentle, welcoming class that focuses on the foundations of yoga- how to move, breathe and align your body safely and comfortably.. Simple explanations, demonstrations and guided practice to build confidence, awareness and a calm body and mind.Cost is $60 for the 5 week series running 4/11-5/9
