Description

Improve flexibility, balance, and strength while reducing stress through guided yoga poses and mindful breathing. All experience and fitness levels are welcome.

Bring your own exercise/yoga mat, water bottle and a towel to each class. Dress comfortably.

Residents - $64

Non-residents $72.
