This gentle yoga class includes both standing and mat-based movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Options will be offered to perform movements seated in a chair if preferred. The unhurried pace makes it accessible for a wide range of participants. Please bring a yoga mat if you would like to do the mat-based movements.
