Sun Style 31 Tai Chi places emphasis on Qigong exercises to cultivate vital life energy, enhancing healing, restoration, and relaxation of the body. It improves breath, balance, brain function, and body strength. Learn the technique of a smooth, agile step pattern, with flowing movements, like water in a river. All ability levels are welcome.
Class will be held in Classroom B on "exception dates" found below the map on this page. This class will run for 5 weeks total on: Sept 8th - Room C Sept 15th - Room CSept 22th - Room B Sept 29th - Room BOctober 6th - Room B
