Description

*This program is offered through our therapeutic recreation section. Therapeutic recreation offers educational and recreational activities to help individuals with disabilities develop and refresh their minds and bodies in ways that enhance their health, independence and well-being. *

Participants will have 13 hours of programs total. Enjoy crafts, games, music, instructor visits, and a photoshoot. Please view the schedule below for the programs being provided each day. Pre-registration is required. Caregivers are welcome to join to provide 1:1 support as needed.
Please wear close toed shoes to all programs that include physical activity*Monday programs will be two hours and will include two programs. *

• Monday, Nov. 30, 9-11am - Relaxation Spa and Glam Shots
• Tuesday, Dec. 1, 10-11am - Music program
• Wednesday, Dec. 2, 10-11am - Rockwood animal program
• Thursday, Dec. 3, 10-11am - Gift bag making
• Monday, Dec. 7, 9-11am - Crafts and cookie decorating
• Tuesday, Dec. 8, 10-11am - Christmas ornament making
• Wednesday, Dec. 9, 10-11am - Hot cocoa and conversation
• Thursday, Dec. 10, 10-11am - Fitness program
• Monday, Dec. 14, 9-11am - Mental health services and line dancing
• Tuesday, Dec. 15, 10-11am - Christmas games
• Wednesday, Dec. 16, 10-11am - Morning meditation
• Thursday, Dec. 17, 10-11am - Christmas gift store
