Description

Participants will engage in problem-solving activities and planning tools to create nutritious meals, gaining skills and confidence to make simple changes. Each participant receives a nutrition and exercise book. Sponsored by Kathy Brown, The Span Center Health and Wellness Programs Manager, The Capital Area Agency on Aging.
