Ready to take your fitness goals to the next level? With a goal to create a natural progression for participants, this class will further develop balance, agility, coordination and overall functional strength. Participants will experience the use of obstacle course work, jump ropes, hurdles, walking lunges, weighted hoops, and step routines.

This class is held immediately after Seated, Fit, Fun and Functional. Join Fitness Warriors instructor Laurel Gregory as we turn up the intensity for a 30-minute boot camp after party!
