Improve movement and diminish pain with the Feldenkrais Method. Lessons are gentle and done while lying on the floor for 50-60 minutes. Participants must bring a mat that is at least 1 inch thick and dress warmly in loose fitting clothing. Please bring a towel for head support. Instructed by Marianne Kaufmann, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
