Lengthen and strengthen your body in this welcoming, low-impact class designed specifically for adults 50+. Through controlled, mindful movements, you’ll focus on core exercises that target the abdominals, back, and hips to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Participants must be able to get down on the floor to participate and should bring their own mat.
