Description

Join Bentley for a DEMO class of Cardio drumming. This high energy class combines a low-impact aerobic workout with drumming movements. The class will use drumsticks or pool noodles to drum to the rhythm of music for an easy but effective workout.
Participants will need to bring their own 65 cm exercise or yoga balls. Email julie@sportable.org if you need a ball for the demo class.
