Description

Cardio drumming combines a low-impact aerobic workout with drumming movements. Use drumsticks or pool noodles to drum to the rhythm of music for an easy but effective workout.
Participants will need to bring their own 65 cm exercise or yoga balls. Instructed by Bentley Cobb.
