For the first time ever, The Actor Factory is offering an exploration of the acclaimed Alexander Technique, concentrated into a weekend intensive, taught by a certified instructor. The Alexander Technique teaches actors to eliminate unconscious physical tension and habitual movement patterns. By improving mind-body awareness, performers enhance vocal projection, manage stage fright, and physically embody complex characters without risking physical strain or injury. Dr. Joe Alberti, tenured professor at the University of Oklahoma, will lead this workshop for up to 20 students.
