Ready to get into a gym workout routine but don’t know where to start?

Our ACE certified personal trainer, Saige Ticen will walk you through using all the machines, pulleys, and other equipment our wellness room has to offer. Saige will teach you how to set up and get on each piece of gym equipment as well as give you the opportunity to ask questions during the hour and a half session. A workout sheet will be provided for guidance.This activity takes place at the Nolensville Recreation Center.
