The Triton Parent Challenge is an opportunity for Pacifica Christian parents to train in the same environment and under the same philosophy that our student-athletes experience every day. Led by Sports Performance Director Josh Graves, this program brings parents into the Triton Lab to focus on building strength, improving mobility, and developing overall fitness in a fun and encouraging community setting. Pricing: $250 for a 4 Week Session or $450 for 8 weeks Leader bio: Josh Graves enters his 6th year as the Director of Sports Performance at Pacifica Christian High School. A former collegiate athlete, Coach Josh and his team work with every program to create a specific training regiment to enhance the athletes' in-season and out-of-season performance. He is certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and National Academy Of Sport's Medicine (NASM-CPT, PES), as well as a Russian Kettleball Instructor.
