Description

A unique program designed to give moms dedicated time to focus on their own workout while their children participate in a separate, instructor-led movement class.
Each session runs as two coordinated groups:

• Adult Group: A guided fitness class incorporating elements of yoga, conditioning, balance, and core work.
• Kids Group: A structured movement class focused on basic gymnastics skills, coordination, and active play.

Adults and children participate in separate groups for the duration of the session, allowing moms to step away from active caregiving while their children remain safely engaged in a fun, supervised environment nearby.
REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Registration includes one adult and one child participant
• Children must be able to participate in a structured group setting
• Registration must include the names and ages of all participating children
• This is not a drop-off program, and all participants must remain onsite for the duration of the class.
