1 Sunday, September 27, 10:00 am - 12:30 pm Junk Journaling Taught by Sabrina Hubert Junk journals are a creative outlet focusing on process rather than perfection. This is a hands-on workshop where you will learn to transform recycled materials- like fabric scraps, ticket stubs, and old book pages- into a personalized keepsake. Students provide a book/journal they would like to use as a base journal. Also ome ephemera, junk, photos, washi tape, thread, etc they would like to include in the journal. The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class. Sabrina is a local artist and zinester. Inspired by their everyday experiences they primarily focus in expressing it through drawing with the everyday pen. Their work has been displayed and for sale at NAA and Main Line Art Center.
