1 Friday, September 11, 9:30-10:30am The Light Within: Yoga & Meditation in the Gallery Taught by Alyssa May, ages 18+ A guided meditation and yoga sequence surrounded by artwork in the NAA gallery. This month, our focus will be on letting go of the ways in which we label ourselves, connecting to our inner light, and finding our center. The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class. Alyssa May is an RYT 200 certified yoga teacher, as well as an artist member of the Newark Arts Alliance. She enjoys creating peaceful and grounded yoga sequences, which she hopes will support you in whatever creative endeavors you love! Teaching yoga while surrounded by artwork - what could be better? Well, probably taking the class! ;-)
