1 Saturday, June 13, 2:00 - 4:30 pm Fused Glass Dish Taught by Wendi Jacobs, 16+ Make either a 4"x8" rectangular or 6"x6" square fused and formed glass dish in this beginner to intermediate level class that absolutely anyone can complete. You''ll learn glass safety, scoring and breaking (aka glass cutting) and design elements for fused glass work. All materials and two kiln firings provided - just come ready to learn, have fun and be creative. Your pieces will be ready for pick-up approximately two weeks after class. The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class. Wendi is a life-long, natural born artist. She enjoys experimenting with different media, but most of her work is in fused glass. She has been working in fused glass since 2016 and teaching since 2018.
