Led by our experienced and upbeat coaches who will be running and playing alongside your child during the entire practice, each session combines fun, age-appropriate runs in a supportive, small-group environment. Runners will improve their endurance, run knowledge, pacing, and overall fitness! Whether your child is brand new to running or already loves to race, Kicks meets them where they are and helps them grow. Each runner will receive a personalized Kicks team shirt, helping them feel part of something special from day one! Practices are the heart of what we do, but the Kicks community extends far beyond practice alone. We invite runners and families to join us at fun, optional races and events throughout the season, creating opportunities to celebrate progress, build friendships, and experience the joy of racing together!
