30. 02. FIFTEEN ESSENTIAL GRAPES (Thursday, April 9) Tempranillo is the queen of Spanish grapes. However, Spain has a rich patrimony of more than 150 officially recognized varieties. After more than thirty years of exploring their potential, today, world-class wines are made from an increasing number of them all across the country. In this tasting we will focus on the fifteen most important grape varieties used in some the best wine regions of Spain. Fifteen wines will be served. Please note that this class registration is non-refundable.
