Join us for Fall Break Camp from October 8-16, designed for young artists grades K to 6. Our talented teaching artists offer classes in theater, music, dance, and visual arts. ChaWa is our master guest resident during fall break! Campers will take music classes with ChaWa and be invited to perform with them at our Appetite for Art Gala. With Charlie Peeler and interior designer Val Lostalo from Val Spaces, young artists will also work on special project designing a doll house and collaborate with Tulane University students to create decorations for the Art Gala. Join us on Thursday, November 5 at Capulet in the Bywater for our annual Appetite for Art Gala, featuring student performances with ChaWa, Grammy-nominated Mardi Gras Indian funk band, original artwork, silent and live auction, and seated dinner.
