About this event
Description
There are two separate registration options for MAI Tai Chi: one for "First Time MAI Participants" and one for "Returning MAI Participants".
The master is good to people who are good and good to people who are not good. That is true goodness. And that’s Tai Chi. New folks start with a basic bare hand form then progress through a curriculum that includes (5) bare hand forms as well as a fan, (2) sword, and (2) spear forms. Each class features, warm ups, fundamental exercises, Tai Chi forms, and Qigong breathing exercises. In addition there are theory discussions, Qigong forms, and a meditation as well as a party at the end and a few laughs along the way. This class is great for ALL AGES. Class size is limited to five new registrants per session, please register early and for the "First Time MAI Participant" specific registration option. For more information about MAI and Tai Chi go to www.TC4ALL.com
