Confusion Matters: A Patient-Centered Approach to Delirium Care is a 15-module e-learning series that prepares healthcare professionals to recognize, prevent, and manage delirium across diverse care settings. The course covers risk factors, assessment, prevention, treatment, communication, ethical considerations, and post-discharge planning, while also addressing the impact on patients, families, and care teams. Vanderbilt University School of Nursing is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. To receive credit, participants must complete the entire training and all required components. Successful completion will result in the awarding of 5 ANCC contact hours.
