This 1 ½ hr. class will share some methods of making your own pasta using an old Italian family recipe. The class will demonstrate how to make fettuccini, ravioli, and you’ll leave with some samples of each, so bring a container! The important part of the class is making the dough. The instructor will bring ‘seasoned’ dough for you to take home a sample, but we will make some fresh in class - so that you’ll ‘feel’ the right texture. It’s the key to any type of pasta!
